PASS INFO: You may attend the full class with a Punchpass or Unlimited Pass or you may attend either half with an Express Pass.

The first 30-minutes are high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises - it’s fun, fast and challenging!

The second 30 are minutes are Les Mills Core - a workout that dynamically builds strength, stability and endurance in all the muscles that support your core. With this functional core workout you will improve your balance and prevent injury - become better at everything you do!

All fitness levels welcome.
