PASS INFO: You may attend the full class with a Punchpass, Unlimited Pass, Strength Development Pass, Functional Strength Pass or you may attend either half with an Express Pass.

The first 30-minutes: strength-based high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses a barbell, weight plates and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. It’s fun, fast and challenging! 

The second 30 are minutes are Les Mills Core - a workout that dynamically builds strength, stability and endurance in all the muscles that support your core. With this functional core workout you will improve your balance and prevent injury - become better at everything you do!
