In 60 minutes you will be guided  through a head-to-toe foam rolling session.
Foam rolling promotes myofascial release, improves circulation, can relieve muscle and joint pain, increase range of motion, relieve inflammation, decrease muscle soreness and calms the nervous system promoting relaxation.
What to bring: foam roller and yoga mat. Dress in layers.
BONUS: we will cover the use of a Lacrosse ball to pinpoint 'tight' areas. Bring yours if you've got one, if not, we will have some loaners.
