This is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises - it’s fun, fast and challenging! Then, in 25 minutes of Yoga Sculpt, combine traditional yoga poses with strength training...a workout that will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed, and uplifted! BRING YOUR MAT.
