PASS INFO: You may take just the SPRINT portion using your Express Pass. If you wish to stay for the 55 mins your regular Punchpass will be applied.
SPRINT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using a stationary bike. It's a short, intense style of training ideal for those wanting the metabolic effects of HIIT without the impact! SPD cycle shoes recommended but not required!
At the end of Sprint we will focus on 20 minutes of core training for a full body workout!
