Barre Sculpt is a hybrid workout class - combining strength training, ballet-inspired moves along with elements of Pilates. This total body workout gets deep into the muscles used for balance and posture, as well as muscles used for everyday life. In every class expect to use some or all of the following: weights, resistance band, Pilates ball. Please bring your own mat. You will feel toned, stronger and more flexible after each class.
