Mat Pilates is a low-intensity, low-impact class using specific positions and movements to activate your core and utilizing your extremities to control and apply resistance.
Participants can expect a full-body workout that improves balance, flexibility, and breath control. All levels are welcome. 
Please remember to bring your own mat.
