Expect a 45 minute total body workout! TRX suspension training uses your own body weight for resistance. It is combined with cardio bursts and always includes abdominal training intervals. You will strengthen your core stability and increase your functional body strength all while challenging your cardio and overall endurance. All levels welcome. BRING YOUR MAT.
