Riders are coached through 45 minutes of physical challenges of endurance, strength, high intensity intervals and of course recovery.  Music drives the workout and coaching holds each rider accountable. Incorporate this into your weekly workout so when you hit the trails or the road you’ll feel stronger or simply add great cardio training without the impact of running. SPD shoes strongly encouraged!
