This series will alternate between two types of strength training - Functional Strength and Strength Development. Every session will be one or the other.
Registration for the entire series is required.
Functional Strength sessions are full-body workouts that use unique super sets of tempo-focused loaded compound moves with single-sided (unilateral) explosive movements to challenge you in new ways - all while improving coordination, stability, and strength symmetry.
Strength Development workouts are based on strength and conditioning science and carefully designed to build strength in phases. SD uses a variety of tempos for each exercise that change the time under tension, as well as rep-ranges depending on the prescribed protocol of the workout. Within each working block of work you will be guided to increase your weight while still moving safely.
