STRENGTH OPTIMIZATION: GLUTS
Have you been doing all the butt exercises but still don’t have strong gluts? Do you only feel your quads when doing lower body exercises? The gluts are the largest muscle group in the body and have the potential of being the strongest and yet, they seem to be the laziest for most people.

Well, it’s time to turn that around! In this 90 minutes workshop, Jenny will be going over how to force the gluts to come on board so you can get buns of steal! This is absolutely essential for anyone with low back, knee or hip pain. Or anyone who wants to improve their performance in literally anything!

This session is part of a four-session series on Strength Optimization. In this series, Jenny Putt PT goes over how to improve the quality of what you are already doing so that you can feel better and be stronger than ever before without changing what classes you go to. Each workshop targets a different muscle group (see below) so either pick the one that you seem to have the most trouble accessing or come to them all! GOAT instructor, Mette Griffith, will also be assisting Jenny to ensure that everyone in the workshop walks away feeling confident in their ability to apply what you learn in the next class you attend.
