Build strength using moderate weights with lots of repetition. BODYPUMP is a full-body strength endurance workout using a barbell and free-weights. BODYPUMP Express condenses the workout into a 30 minute timeframe focussing on major muscle groups. All levels welcome! Bring your own yoga/exercise mat.
