Foundational: a structured, moderate-intensity, full-body circuit designed to build the essential strength, muscular endurance, and movement efficiency required for a HYROX race.
Power/Complete: a hybrid training session combining running with 8 functional workout stations designed for endurance and strength. Test your fitness through compromised running, power output, and HYROX race skills.
