Experience a Cycle class like never before!
You will be coached through physical challenges of endurance, strength and high intensity intervals on a stationary bike, all while facing the beautiful Monterey Bay!
Riders will use Sound Off headphones (aka silent disco) which will be provided by GOAT. Bring your water and towel; dress in layers, we will be outdoors. SPD cycle shoes recommended but not necessary.
Ticket includes a post-ride beverage from Humble Sea.
Tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another rider if you cannot attend.
