LES MILLS Strength Development is a 12-week series of progressive workouts.
Whether new to lifting or a seasoned pro, Strength Development will build muscle, improve technique, and grow your confidence so you can train more powerfully.
Strength Development is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Progress through the essential elements of strength training with controlled movements. Each 45 minute workout provides the building blocks for the next workout in the series of 12 so you'll build strength as you go.
Registration Information -
Class meets three times per week. Two weekday workouts AND Sunday 8am.
Commitment is key! You will be registered for all 12 weeks. Sept. 2 - Nov. 23.
