SPECIAL Series - 8 weeks, 3 workouts per week. 2 Strength and 1 Core training session. Session options are:
M/W/F (Mon 6:15a Strength, Wed 6:15a CORE, Fri 6:15a Strength)
T/TH/SAT (Tues 7:10a Strength, Thurs 7:10a Strength, Sat 8a CORE)
M/W and T or TH (Mon & Weds 4:30p Strength, option for core is Tues or Thurs 4:30p)
Strength Development - Whether new to lifting or a seasoned pro, join us at GOAT for a Strength Development workout designed to build muscle, improve technique, and grow your confidence so you can run more powerfully. Strength Development is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. This 45 minute workout uses moderate weight and will progress through the essential elements of weight lifting with controlled movements and safe technique. We will use barbells, dumbbells and a bench.
CORE workouts (45min ) will use athletic training principles to dynamically build strength, stability and endurance in all the muscles that support your core. With this functional core workout you will improve your balance and prevent injury and complement your strength workouts.
Come dressed in comfortable workout attire and sneakers. Please bring water, a towel and a yoga mat.
