LES MILLS FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH is a series of full-body, 45 min workouts using loaded compound moves followed by single-sided (unilateral) explosive movements to challenge you in new ways - all while improving coordination, stability, and strength symmetry. These workouts will build athletic strength and overall fitness as well as increase muscle tone. Equipment used includes barbell, free-weights, resistance band and bench (all provided).
CORE workouts are 45 mins and will use athletic training principles as well as Pilates-based movements to dynamically build strength, stability and endurance in all the muscles that support your core. Improve your balance and prevent injury and complement your strength workouts with this regular core workout!
